I have experience with many varied industrial processes in metal forming and fabrication, including metal adhesives, various welding/joining technologies, laser cutting, electric discharge machining, water jet cutting, thermoforming plastic, and the plastic injection molding process. I also have experience with a multitude of adhesives in difficult to bond applications.

I have extensive experience in implementing ERP, MRP, and Shop Floor Control software for manufacturing companies with a strength in utilizing Macola and odoo software in applications from the manufacture of custom horse trailers to the manufacture of dock bumpers and wheel chocks. I have worked as an inventory control specialist and as a purchasing agent for manufacturing and freight companies. I have, as well, acted as a consultant to manufacturing companies (primarily military contractors and energy companies) and construction companies in forecasting future growth and contraction to better manage cash flow.

As an inventory control manager I have helped to institute policy and procedure to properly record inventory moving from raw-materials to work-in-process to finished-goods. I worked with shop-floor labor and accounting for accurate tracking of materials and labor and built out bonus level production pay for productivity based on timed piece-rate studies. I have a vast amount of experience in setting up maintenance software for industrial machines and directing maintenance personnel and accurately tracking their labor.
